Who We Are

Aardwolf Solutions is an online retailer of firearms offering affordable products nationwide and a local firearm broker and trusted Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in Northern Virginia. Find out more about our business in About Us.

What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

  • Business as an Online Firearm Retailer: Since we are a firearm retailer, we must collect your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information and share them with the distributor or manufacturer stocking your firearm in order to safely and efficiently forward a drop ship request to them. Additionally, we need you to provide us with the email address and/or phone number of a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) near you and forward that information to the distributor or manufacturer along with your order. Otherwise, there is no way for the distributor to obtain the FFL information and confirm they are shipping your order legally
  • Cookies: If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
